Specialist in EU Law

I professionally work in the field of employment and examine legal situation of persons performing work in various forms of employment. I am particularly interested in the impact of the European Union law on social relations that pertain to the performance of work, e.g. the right to equal and non-discriminatory treatment, protection or the right to information on working conditions, with special attention drawn to working conditions in cross-border relations, employer's responsibility in the supplying chain and subcontracting, and the posting of workers as part of the provision of freedom of services. I combine theory that is of a scientific and research dimension with practice. I am also involved in and dedicated to the implementation of EU and international projects carried through by interdisciplinary research teams.
